Beta Terms

Last updated November 5, 2026. These terms apply to free beta keys, together with the License Agreement.

1. What the beta is

Beta versions of Voltara Charts are unfinished. Features can change or be removed, and there will be bugs. Market data may be test or simulated data, and order routing works only with paper accounts or Rithmic Test accounts.

2. Your beta key

Beta keys are free, personal and for your own use on one of your computers. You may not share, post, sell or give away your key, the installer or the app. A beta key can end on a set date, and we can turn it off at any time, for example if it is shared or the beta ends.

3. Feedback

If you send us ideas, bug reports or suggestions, we may use them to improve Voltara Charts without owing you anything for them.

4. Keep it to yourself

Please don't publish screenshots or videos of unreleased features without asking us first at opfvoltara@gmail.com.

5. No warranty, not advice

The beta is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in the app is financial advice. Don't rely on beta software for live trading decisions; you are responsible for every trade you make.

6. After the beta

When paid plans open, beta keys may end. We'll email you before that happens.
