Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to give you a license key and check that it's valid. We don't sell your information or use advertising trackers, and this website sets no tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you email us to join the beta or, later, when you buy. We use it to send your key and important notices.
• Your license key and plan, so the app can be activated.
• A device ID: a random code the app makes on each PC, with activation dates, to keep each key to one computer.
• Basic request logs (such as IP address) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment records, only after paid plans open: Stripe handles payments and gives us the customer and subscription IDs. We never see or store your card number.

What we don't collect

• Your Rithmic, broker or prop firm username and password. The app encrypts them with Windows and keeps them on your PC only.
• Your charts, layouts, drawings, journal, trades or market data. These stay on your PC, or go directly between the app and your data provider.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare: website, license server and download storage.
• Resend: sending license emails.
• Stripe: payments, once paid plans open.

Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We share information with others only if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, such as acting on license abuse.

How long we keep it

For as long as your key is active, and afterward only as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require.

Your choices

Email opfvoltara@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information. Deleting it turns off your key. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU) you may have more rights, and we will honor them.

Children

Voltara Charts is not for anyone under 18.
