End User License Agreement

Last updated November 5, 2026. This is the same agreement you accept in the installer.

This agreement is between you and Voltara Charts ("we", "us"), the owner of the Voltara Charts software (the "Software"). By checking the box below, installing, activating or using the Software you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, click Cancel and do not install or use the Software.

1. License

If you have an active license key, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one (1) computer you own or control, for your own trading and analysis. A monthly license lasts while your subscription is paid. A lifetime license lasts as long as we offer the Software and you follow this agreement.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We own all rights in the Software, including its code, design, layouts, indicators, name and logo. You get only the rights written in section 1.

3. No Piracy, No Reselling

You may not, and may not help anyone else:

  1. copy, share, upload, post, sell, resell, rent, lend, sublicense or give away the Software, its installer or your license key;
  2. let more than one computer or more than one person use one license key;
  3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to get the source code, except where the law allows it despite this limit;
  4. crack, remove, bypass or disable the license check, updates, copyright notices or any security feature;
  5. modify the Software, or build or sell a product that copies its code, features, look or layout;
  6. use the Software to break any law, or any rule of your broker, data provider or exchange.

4. License Keys

Your key is for you alone. We may deactivate a key that is shared, posted, resold, used on too many computers, refunded or charged back, without refund.

5. Third-Party Services

The Software can connect to market data and order routing services such as Rithmic. Those services have their own terms, fees and accounts, which are between you and them. Your login details for them stay on your computer; we do not receive them.

6. Not Financial Advice

The Software shows charts and data. It does not give investment advice or recommendations. Trading futures and other instruments carries a substantial risk of loss. You alone decide your trades and are responsible for the results. Data may be delayed, wrong or missing, and orders may fail or be delayed.

7. Updates

We may release updates and may require a recent version to keep using the Software. Features may change or be removed.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break this agreement, or when your subscription ends. We may also end it by deactivating your key for a breach. When it ends you must stop using and delete the Software. Sections 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 continue after it ends.

9. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Enforcement

Copying, reselling or distributing the Software without permission infringes our copyright and breaks this agreement. We may seek an injunction, damages, statutory damages where available, and our legal fees, may deactivate any license involved, and may report infringing copies to the sites that host them.

12. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, except that we may seek an injunction in any court. If a part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
